Buku E.MANAJEMEN
International Management Second Edition
The first edition of this book helped define the emerging field of international management. In this new edition, we have sought to continue expanding the scope and depth of the field by including coverage of newly emerging trends and revising and updating past developments. A considerable portion of the book has been replaced with either new or updated material. In particular, we have given close attention to many recent developments that present both challenges and opportunities to the international manager, including the collapse of communism and its effect on Eastern Europe, the emergence of the European Community as a full-fledged economic union, the influence of triad nations on both international trade and foreign direct investment, and the growing emphasis on developing international managers who can compete effectively in this ever-changing business world
